Is transportation from and to the airport included?

Transport is not always included in your booking (to be checked at the time of your booking). Nevertheless, you can easily find taxis at the airport which will lead you directly to your Riad.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

As soon as your booking application is filled, you will immediately receive an automatic message by email with the summary of your booking. The email must be received within 24 hours following the booking. If the email is not delivered, please contact one of our counselors.

Are there any additional booking fees?

No, you do not pay any additional fees. The price at the end of your booking application is the only price you will pay for your stay.

I would like to modify or cancel my booking?

In order to modify your booking, please send us an email to the following address contact@riad-on-time.com or call our Help desk at the following number 00212.661.23.97.86. We will take contact with the Riad of your choice and modify your booking. In order to cancel your booking, please check sales conditions of the Riad of your choice. Generally, 20% advance payment is debited from your credit card.

What is the time of a booking order treatment?

Riad On Time offers you the opportunity to check on time availabilities. Thus, your reservation is automatically confirmed.

How long before the departure is it possible to make a reservation?

With Riad On Time, searches for availabilities are real-time. Therefore, you can book your room anytime, even a day before your departure.

How can I pay my stay?

Riad On Time enjoys PayPal Pro for all booking payments. Therefore, you are able to pay your booking through PayPal without possessing or creating an account with PayPal. The payment is 100% secured by PayPal.

When is my credit Card charged?

In the last step of your booking application, you will be asked to pay 20% of the total amount of your bill. Your credit card will be immediately debited.

I cannot find my booking summary. Is it possible to receive a copy?

Yes, you simply have to send an email to the following address contact@riad-on-time.com with your complete informations (name, address, phone number, name of the Riad…). Our Customer service desk will answer your request as soon as possible.

How can I obtain a duplicate?

In order to obtain a duplicate of your invoice, please send an email to us to the following address contact@riad-on-time.com, or call our customer service desk at this number 00212.661.23.97.86

How can I receive my purchase order if I do not have any email address?

It’s possible for us to send your order summary by mail or fax. Please specify in your booking application that you want to receive it either by mail with your complete address or by fax with the fax number.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can extend your stay as long as you wish. If you are not there yet, please send us a mail with the period of extension and we will notify the Riad as soon as possible. If you are in the place, you can make arrangements with the Riad manager.

I would like to cancel or add a service that I ordered at the time of my booking?

In order to cancel or add a service, please send us a mail at the following address contact@riad-on-time.com with your complete informations (name, address, name of the Riad, period of stay) along with the service you want to add or cancel. We’ll directly make arrangements with the Riad of your choice.
